MEET THE FOUNDER
Stephanie is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of experience in nursing, dedicated to serving individuals across all stages of life. She provides personalized care, understanding that each person’s journey is unique. Her approach includes the latest evidence-based psychopharmacology, creating individualized treatment plans that support clients in meeting their mental health goals.
Stephanie believes that mental health is integral to overall well-being and deserves the same priority as physical health care. Just as we visit a primary care provider for regular check-ups to maintain physical health, mental health check-ins are essential to sustain emotional and psychological health. Stephanie views mental health care as a foundational element in leading a balanced, fulfilling life, with the mind and body working in harmony.
She emphasizes that mental health is often interlinked with physical health—conditions like stress, anxiety, and depression can directly impact physical well-being, just as chronic health issues can take a toll on mental resilience. By addressing both mental and physical health needs, we empower ourselves to build a more resilient, well-rounded approach to wellness. Stephanie’s practice is founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to mental health care that supports their personal journey, helping them thrive in all aspects of life.
HER PRIMARY FOCUS
It include treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD and ADHD.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Broward College and completed her Master’s in Advanced Practice Nursing, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health, at Chamberlain University School of Nursing.
Witnessing the stigma around mental health and the barriers to care, Stephanie is dedicated to normalizing mental health conversations and providing safe, stigma-free support for her clients.
Her commitment to excellence extends through both her personal and professional life, ensuring quality and compassionate care for all.
